Motorplex
This could turn into a case of buying stuff that makes you buy more stuff.
If it does happen, filling it with cars might not be so bad, however.
Our portion of AutoMotorplex (aka, the Man Cave) Minneapolis is 1600 square feet (+ 600 square feet of mezzanine) of ‘do whatever I/we want’ space. Fully equipped with heated floor, wash drain, water & plumbing, windows, and on-site security. It’s the ultimate ‘man-cave’ or ‘garage-mahal’ or whatever term you might apply to it.
Basically it’s a group of folks that want a place to store, polish, work on their toys – cars, cycles, boats, helicopters (I don’t own a helicopter BTW), etc.
Should be fun – here are some pics of the build out:
The build-out is shockingly close to being done. Now time to fill it up with some fun toys/tools.
And now, finally some people/stuff in it 🙂
Upstairs ‘done’ – for now 🙂
Who is the maker of the glass table on the upstairs?

I added a couple of pics of the new upstairs cable railing that shows the desk.
